Blackjack first appeared in the United States in the 18th century under the name of “21”, and then became popular in the prelude to the 21st century, where it was a great success in most casinos. It was at this time that the very first mathematical techniques for maximizing winnings were introduced.
Of course, the casinos were not silent in the face of this situation. So they were forced to change the rules of the game slightly to maintain their advantage over the player.
How does a game of Blackjack work?
As you might expect, the first step in a game of Blackjack is to deal with the cards. The dealer is the player responsible for making sure this happens. The dealer deals a face-up card to each player.
